This is so detailed, pretty and...a little strange.
Would be a super cute sugar bowl or trinket catchall.
Measures 5" across x 2-1/2" in width x 2-1/2" in height.
There are some chips on the feet but I'm not sure if these are actual chips or manufacturer defects.
